- Use previous calibration as initialisation `--calibration`
- Intrinsic only calibration `multical intrinsic`
- Compare/evaluate calibrations (combination of `--calibration` `--fix_intrinsic` and `--fix_camera_poses`)

- Switch to dataclasses for command line arguments
- Due to above, minor changes in arguments, positional arguments changed to flags with defaults
