This is the first public release of `MultiREx` package, after the arXiv submission of the corresponding paper:

Basic features of this release:
- Allows generating theoretical transmission spectra using arbitrary composition and basic atmospheric properties.
- Synthesis of observed transmission spectra using simplified model of the noise.
- Massive generation of observed transmission spectra intended for machine learning purposes.
- A restricted number of molecules available with the package (Exotransmit) and a larger, still restricted, number of molecules prefetched from Exomol.
