* Update list of supported mars classes, streams, and types.

* Added support for 'packing' argument. Use packing='simple' to disable CCSDS
packing that was introduced with ifs 48r1.

* Removed 'dataset' namespace property and support for public dataset interface.
(only direct mars interface is supported now, since public dataset interface
will get replaced by ADS and CDS interfaces).

* Improved memory and I/O performance of pull().

* Updated to new muninn 5.0 api interface.

* Several small fixes and python3 compatibility fixes.
