The dictionary for this month have been delayed for a little bit - and I'm also trying to make it work again as soon as possible. You can have a look on this issue by visiting 2.
Also, we migrated the CI from CircleCI to GitHub Actions for the sake of log transparency (CircleCI requires registration to see build logs).

From this month on, the dictionary will be updated monthly on 4:37 (UTC+8), 15th of every month with the help of CircleCI.
Dictionaries for fcitx5-pinyin and RimeIME, as well as pre-packaged Arch Linux packages will be provided.

Here's the update for 2020/06/20.
For fcitx-pinyin users, put `moegirl.dict` into `/usr/share/fcitx5/pinyin/dictionaries/`.
For rime users, put `moegirl.dict.yaml` into `/usr/share/rime-data/`.
For Arch users, you can also install `fcitx5-pinyin-moegirl` or `fcitx5-pinyin-moegirl-rime` (thanks h0cheung for the PKGBUILDs), depending on which input method you are using.
By the way, h0cheung submitted a request on joining the two packages to archlinuxcn/repo: https://github.com/archlinuxcn/repo/issues/1686. Please have a look if you are also in support of it.
