What's Changed

This release fixes a critical bug in the medoid calculation when using the umap workflow:

* Target calculation corrupted when index column is present by thorstenwagner in https://github.com/MPI-Dortmund/napari-tomotwin/pull/18

Without this fix, the medoid estimation was corrupted and gave wrong positions. Especially when selecting relatively large clusters, this could lead to significantly worse results.
