- Bulk edit/delete in list view
- Import/export CSV functionality
- `EoxNotice.expired` property that is defaulted to `end_of_support` or `end_of_sale`. Can be managed via `PLUGINS_CONFIG['eox_notices']`.

- Fix detail view to show hyperlink of `notice_url`

- Bump maximum supported Nautobot version
