Bug fixes to the format_labels function. Print output now optional (disabled by default). New feature for mask cleaning: despur removes 'spur' pixels from masks (pixels sharing only a corner with neighbors). New feature for formatting: 'ignore' allows -1 to persist as a unique label instead of being shifted to 0 as background.
