This is the first public release of the NEOPRENE library. It implements functionality to deal with point precipitation at a given location or distributed in space.

The library can be installed with pip following the instruction of the README.md file.

If you only want to test the library and follow the tutorials, we recommend to use the NEOPRENE-Setup-* executable. It will check if Jupyterlab Desktop is installed, and in case it is not, it will download the installation program for you. Once Jupyterlab Desktop is installed, the executable will open the example Jupyter notebooks to test the library.

The functionality of the library should now be complete. This beta version is to check installers and other things not related to the mathematics of the library itself.
