Centrality registry and logging
`v2.2.0` adds a formal node centrality registry for streamlined computation and real-time logging to terminal and a diagnostics file, with some significance clustering performance improvements.

Node centrality and random seeds
In `v2.1.0`, node centrality computation capability has been added to `NetworkEnsemble` and may be plotted geographically from the CLI, and significance clustering has been made reproducible with random seed.
