Nextcord-ext-activities

the initial release of the lib. nothing more, nothing less.

not quite much, but this refactor the code and rename ocho to blazing 8s.
there is also now a `Activity.blazing` as a shortcut for `Activity.ocho`!

this version add supported for awkword and custom activity id. nothing more, nothing less.
