Bug fixes - Shard will now not be stuck in a auto-reconnect loop on low-latency network connections - Package metadata placeholders was replaced with actual values (RIP docs https://nextcore.gay) - PyPI now has a seperate README file that has some elements not supported removed.

This is the first release, however the nextcore name has previous releases under it so we started at 2.0.0 to avoid conflicts. Sorry for the confusion!
