Nictk

This version introduces two new classes, RowScrollFrame and VerScrollFrame, which allow the widgets into a frame to be scrolled

Updated dist files

Renamed the project into Nctk, and changed all widget names dropping the Ntk prefix.
So this is incompatible with older versions.
