主要修复在NapCat 4.6.x 版本发送 B站视频出现类似 “发生错误 Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat '/root/.config/QQ/.../Thumb/xxx.png'” 这样的错误，目前 Win 上 还没测（劳烦用 win 部署 Bot 的朋友自己测一测了
