Additional support for LOGR data files

- Fixes initialization issue with some Mac/Darwin installations
- Fixes LogrRead.concat_txt not generating ch_info/ch_list

- Updates for LOGR|SOLAR data logger data files
- LogrRead supports LOG and DIAG data files
- LogrRead.concat_txt method includes option to keep duplicate timestamps
- utiltiies.check_intervals method includes duplicate timestamps
- Fixed cannot concatenate multiple NRG Cloud txt exports

Install with `pip install --upgrade nrgpy`

This release includes a change in the CloudExport and CloudExportJob parameters. This new version will work with existing code that uses these classes but the version is required to interact with the NRG Cloud export APIs properly.
