Added configurable push button logic using the --buttonlogic command line argument:
- 0 = openhold; press once to open the door and keep open until pressed again
- 1 = open; press to open door, will be closed automatically after a few seconds (depending on electric door controller)
- 2 = toggle; press once to open door, press twice (will lock is still unlatching) to hold open. press again to close.
