- Fixed: `IndexError: String index out of range` upon having empty inclusions, i.e.: `![]()` 654
- Fixed: Questions marks in note paths not being handled properly. 627

Fix issues with:
- multiple images on one line not working
- first table table having max-width, this was not the best idea for tables with images as in the first column.
