Octopyclient

First official release.
Stabilized communication from OctoPrint when printer is off.

Bugs fixed:
- Ignore non-tool temperature reporting from Prusa firmware (PINDA and Ambient)

Initial source release of OctoPyClient - see README.md for additional information.

Comments and PRs are welcome. I am particularly interested in installation and configuration issues. This is currently a work-in-progress. It is actively being developed. Expect to see frequent updates, changes to internal structure, work-flow and user interface aspects.

Python3 (PIP) and Debian packages are available.
