besides updated documentation this release fixes a number of bugs:

- most importantly don't abort if any of the threshold servers is unavailable - depends on liboprf >= v0.7.0
- better recover of zombie child processes
- t-opqaue records are unlinkable, this slightly breaks opaque cfrg/irtf compatibility for threshold opaque.

- rewrote both the client and the server.
- the server is now written in zig.
- we use 3hashTDH for the threshold OPRF in OPAQUE
- comes with more and better documentation

this release adds threshold opaque support, with klutshnik as the shareholder servers for the threshold setup.

added a MANIFEST.in file so that the README.org is indeed included in the python package on pypi.

genkey generates keys in the format expected by the configfiles.
