Including QA_PIXEL water flag to define the internal water mask. These is needed since the reflectance values can be extremely low and/or negative over clear water which causes unreliable or masked normalized difference index values.
Added initial support for using ERA5-Land and RTMA hourly image collections for the meteorology variables, and ERA5-Land for the solar radiation (since RTMA does not have solar radiation variables).
