First production release! Improvements over previous alpha version includes:
* Adapted library to use unitary coupled cluster module in OpenFermion.
* Updates to README including paper citation.

* Removes UCC routines independent of compilation method from ProjectQ and puts them back into OpenFermion Core
* Updates dependencies on correct version of OpenFermion
* Adds tests and fixes broken references to routines now inside OpenFermion core

* Adapted code to breaking changes in OpenFermion v0.1a3.
* Added automatic documentation.
* Fixed installation problem due to error in Manifest.

* Fixed previously failing tests, bringing test coverage to 99%.
* Changed implementation of TimeEvolution gate to avoid duplicating ProjectQ code.
* Fixed inconsistencies in the readme.
* Removed unnecessary dependencies in the requirements.

* Fixed broken links and poor instructions in documentation.
* Configured automatic testing and coverage checks.

First alpha release of OpenFermion-ProjectQ. This is a new project that evolved from a fork of the "circuits" module from the open source project FermiLib.
