Openlmi-scripts

Adds several modules:
- locale for OpenLMI Locale provider
- selinux for OpenLMI SELinux provider
- sssd for OpenLMI SSSD provider
- realmd for OpenLMI RealmD provider

And fixes most of the others.

Error handling improvements.
More configuration and command-line options for logging.
Bugfixes.

Bugfix release.
Software script covers full functionality.
