This release implements passing command line arguments more easily for a couple more classes

This release adds a new class method to the HasArguments class that will return a class's init args and kwargs given a namespace of parsed command line arguments. This will make it easier to propagate command line options through when classes are initialized.

This release adds the ability to configure LogOwners' log file paths from the command line

This release adds the ControlledProcessAsync class, which is a third type of ControlledProcess that facilitates concurrency in its methods using asyncio instead of multithreading.

Fixes the CI test for checking the version number, and adds some shields to the README

This release adds the "ControlledProcess" utility classes to OpenMSIToolbox. It also adds running the (currently just a few) CI tests using GitHub Actions, and type hints to serve as (somewhat minimal) documentation (since this package probably won't have docs generated elsewhere).
