The new version 0.3.0 fixed the issue with **reconstruct** command. [see: [issue2](https://github.com/Yarroudh/Optim3D/issues/2)]
This version can be installed directly from [PyPI](https://pypi.org/project/optim3d/). Please, make sure to install the other dependencies in Conda environment:
- PDAL
- python-PDAL (python bindings for PDAL)
- Entwine
