Parler-api

Now that Parler is getting attention, time to revive this library.

Updated to work with the latest endpoints

- `hashtags_feed` function now correctly checks for login
- new function: `trending_users`
- new function: `unfollow_user`

Project reborn

The library contains most calls needed to do research work, scripts work but eventually the parler server denies the requests. Next up is implementing measures to avoid this, such as rotating OpenVPN configuration and multiple account support on the scripts.
