C API is virtually stable from this point onward. Next big changes are coming with GRPC2 in 0.9, so, it's time to mark the 0.8.0 as stable. Will get it out of RC status once it has been tested in production projects.

While Fabric has been tested excessively at this point (and no development-blocking instabilities remain), the C API is still unstable and in flux, hence the beta tag.

This release features a major reimplementation of Fabric, which should allow us to work better with Ignite persistence, while incidentially being more performant at the same time. However, it hasn't been tested as much yet, hence the beta tag.
