This release includes addition of the EC-RAFC model as well as a general reorganization to place scripts that are used by both model types into common locations.
Because the EC-RAFC model requires more user input than the EC-AFC model, we have expanded the `generate_example_input` script to allow generation of the of input files for the different model types.
