Photocrawl

Release 0.3.1 is a security fix increasing the minimum version requirement of `Pillow` to include its security patches.

Cleaner experience and command line usage, better handling of edge cases, additionnally creates a `photocrawl` script at install.

Now a package, to be called as a site-module.
