This release of Physiology-Analysis-Tools (PAT) is the release candidate for initial end-user testing for user feedback on the interface (and also to help create an initial arrhythmia training set for future ML tool integration).

This release can be run from source (in a python environment consistent with the requirements.txt file, pre-release testing performed in python 3.11). Alternatively, you can install via PyPI pip install physiology-analysis-tools or download the .zip windows-packaged version with this release.

The current version supports heart beat detection in anesthetized mice.
simple heuristic arrhythmia detection and simple unsupervised clustering arrhythmia detection are available.

source code and packaged version are available under a GPLv3+ license.
