Piccolo-cursor-pagination

- added Piccolo `get_readable()` method for nicer `FK` display
- fix subtle bug when only one record is in the last data set because wrong data is returned both forward and backward

added another example app with Vue frontend in `README.md`

fix wrong version format

fix a bug with incorrect results if last_row in rows

Made cursor pagination async.

Add missing package files.
