Pineko

This release accounts for `pineappl` grids computed with polarised predictions. In addition, it also fixes bugs related to the computation of LO predictions and include various technical improvements.

The main feature of this tag is the compatibility with `eko==0.12`. We also added the new `scaffold` feature which allows the user to quickly setup the needed folders and files to compute FKtables.

- We have changed the pineappl version to 0.5.6
- We have solved minor bugs

We have corrected the scale-variations availability test on the grids in such a way pineko does not check the factorization scale if we are using scheme B.

We have updated the eko version inside pineko and propagated version information.
