This update prevents abuse, not fully but it protects your URL! I have implemented a URL checker in the Pinger itself and tweaked some code here to detect if you aren't removing your own URL.

Credits to andre4ik31337 for pointing out how vulnerable your URLS are.

Added get_url which works for replit and heroku

`PirxcyPinger.get_url(platform='replit')`
`PirxcyPinger.get_url(platform='heroku')`

Added Support With Database (doesnt request the pinger if url is in database)
Made it so you can catch errors
Updated with new url

This Release isn't anything too exciting, just a way to remove URLs.
