* Fix remote host prompt printed twice in Bash 5.x and readline 8.x

* Dis/Enable shell base on last output

* Try to increase fd limits if needed for connections

* Add Python 3.5 style type hints

* Stop overwriting the users shell to support aliases and other shells such as zsh

* Python 3 fixes, code style fixes, cleanup repository structure
