Polywit

This is the first production ready release of polywit, this is a major release from 0.2.0, and includes new features, enhancements, and performance improvements along with a large number of bug fixes.

Highlights include:
- Java language validator
- Automated packaging
- Citation in repository

The release will be available via PyPi:
