Breaking change: it's no longer possible to give `--modified` and files: it was ambiguous.

New: `-C` option to act in a distant directory like `make -C` or `git -C`.

- Add `--diff` option to display which line should be rewrapped.
- Fix `--modified` logic when file are renamed.
