- Added function annotations
- Added `__init__` to Indices class. Indices can should be initiated with a Pandas DataFrame, date column (optional) , and price column (optional).
- Function name `get_bvol_index`, and `get_bvol_graph` changed to `get_vola_index`, and `get_vola_graph` respectively.
- Added plot output input to plot functions.
