Privacy-py

* Allow for `with privacy.Client("api-key") as client:` usage and remove api_key direct pass-through from Client api calls.

* Replace privacy.util.functional.get_dict_path with get_attr_path.

* Add/modify type hints and add `__all__` for usability.

* Added tests.

* prefer typing.Tuple over typing.List.
