Prt-phasecurve

Adds a bit of information to the doc string of the phase curve calculation and adds an automatic test for positive phasecurve values.

This release adds the option to ignore scattering, which might be significantly faster!

This version of prt_phasecurve changes the convergence checks to be in line with the petitRADTRANS checks of convergence.
