A new back-end service for pulsetracker built with Flask. The back-end service is deployed with [heroku](https://pulsetracker-api.herokuapp.com/). Lastly, we re-implemented [pulsebox](https://github.com/akilhylton/pulsebox-js) as a react app since it was an easy way to connect the back-end service to the front-end.
