Py-bing-search

Works with Python 3 and installs via pip3. Updated docs. Stable build for now.

Now able to not only search via web results, but also images, videos, news. Also improved the search functions to be more intuitive. We no longer return the result set + the next search uri. Instead you can run search again and it returns the next set.

This update will break dependencies, specifically with how search is ran.

everything is working with the new uri, and search_all etc.
