* Ignore errors of ended spawned office clients if the cause of the error was a
signal. Older versions of OpenOffice sometime fail with sigsev (11) after the
document conversion.

* Allow to guess the output format from the output file extension
* Support the system python environment when running the conversion
* Support for older Office-/Libreoffice versions which don't understand --
parameters (e.g. OpenOffice 3.2)

Believe me on this... it will save you headhaches down the road!

A last word

Once a package is uploaded to pypi you MUST NEVER re-upload the same
package without first bumping versions an tags. NEVER ... EVER...

Even if you realise you released a bug... (hell, shit happens!) just fix your
bug, replay this release procedure and upload a new version with your bugfix.
