🎄 Christmas release of py4dgeo 🎄

This is a development release including the implementation of further methods for 3D /4D change analysis.
* M3C2-EP (M3C2-EP; Winiwarter et al., 2021)
* Correspondence-driven plane-based M3C2 (Zahs et al., 2022)
* Point cloud registration

Besides basic usage examples for each method, we also provide users with extensive demo notebooks showcasing the use of py4dgeo methods for real-world scientific studies.

Many features and bugfixes to the 4D-OBC implementation. The API of 4D-OBC latter is close to being finalized.

This is a development release including lots of changes and an implementation of the 4D-OBC algorithm. The API is still in flux, but another release in the near future will be more stable - stay tuned.

Improved multi-threading and cylinder search.

A first release with a working M3C2 implementation. The library is still Work in Progress though.

This is a dummy release to test the automatic PyPI release procedure.
