* Use async modbus client
* Always return HVACAction.HEATING or HVACAction.COOLING if heating or cooling operation mode is selected

Check device type first before retrieving more data

Use pyModbusTCP library instead of pymodbus library hopefully for better stability (unfortunately it is not async)
