Thanks to PR 16 Deck can now be used as a discard pile. Also many maintenance fixes, e.g. mypy check should now pass on the library (still not 100% sure to add it to CI).

pyCardDeck reached a state where it's considered finished. That doesn't mean the project will be abandoned, merely that I'm okay with everybody using it! However, the suggestions and improvements list is small, feel free to fill it up, or even contribute!
