0.5.10

As of this release, pycnet-audio is officially compatible with Python versions 3.8 through 3.11 and with TensorFlow versions 2.2 through 2.13, rather than just Python 3.8 and TensorFlow 2.2.

This release also introduces new functionality in the `pycnet rename` console script, including support for wildcards that resolve to components of each file's path for easier mass renaming. Check the [documentation page](https://pycnet-audio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#appendix-d-renaming-audio-files) for more information.

0.5.8

This release is functionally identical to v0.5.7. We are using this "empty" release to trigger a new archival process which will be used going forward. To wit, starting with v0.5.8, new releases of `pycnet-audio` will be automatically archived by [Zenodo](https://zenodo.org/), which will register a [digital object identifier](https://www.doi.org/) (DOI) for each new release for ease of citation.

0.5.7

Added `batch_process` mode to allow for more hands-off processing of multiple folders, with or without combining output files at the end (combining can also be done post hoc by running `pycnet combine` after batch processing).

Made updates to some functions to improve memory management by generating class scores in a separate process and by adding code to explicitly terminate worker processes spawned by various functions when they are no longer needed.

0.5.6

Added the pycnet.plot submodule which enables plotting of apparent detections using the new plot_dets console script.

0.5.5

Minor updates to a few functions

0.5.4b

Includes slight tweaks to the arguments and outputs of the makeKscopeReviewTable function
