Same as version v0.1.6 but with make_moments fixed to version 1.0.6 as changes will come in the next version.

- tirific and Sofia commands can now be specified through the yaml file
- the number column in the input catalogue is now changed to id to reflect the fact that tiring can be used.
- Read the docs incorporated at https://pyfat-astro.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
- tirshaker is now incorporated as a final stage in order to get errors.
- user can specify fitting boundaries.

This release uses a yml file as input.
there is an issue with the restart tirific for some users.
