Pygmol

- Optimize the building of the final solution dataframe by the Model class

- Finish the documentation.

- Package has all the functionality (at least what was at first intended).
- The docstrings are complete.
- Still missing a fair amount of uni-testing, but not a disaster, quite a lot of unit tests are implemented.
- Run tests suit is added covering a range of different chemistry and plasma parameters inputs.
- The README file is added, but the package still is missing a lot of the user documentation.

The newly-refactored `pygmol` package. Still needs testing and some documentation.
