This release contains fixes to bugs discovered since [v1.0.1](https://github.com/JQIamo/pylcp/tree/v1.0.1).

The release completes the [v1.0.2](https://github.com/JQIamo/pylcp/milestone/3) milestone, which solves issues: #46, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, and 61.

This release contains fixes to bugs discovered (primarily through the google group) since [v1.0](https://github.com/JQIamo/pylcp/tree/v1.0). The documentation has also been updated to include documentation of molecular hamiltonians and the `atom` class.

The release completes the [v1.0.1](https://github.com/JQIamo/pylcp/milestone/2) milestone, which solves issues: #36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 43, 45, 47, 49, 50, and 51.
