Implements:
match_taxa : validates taxa and adds their AphiaID where possible. Functionality in validation/check_scientificname_and_ids
search_worms: search for records based on a list of scientific names and returns a Dataframe with the results
check_eventids: Ensures all eventIDs are unique and that parentEventIDs exist.
check_fields: Ensures that required columns exist for Event, Occurrence, and Extended Measurement or Fact dataframes
check_onland: Returns entries that are considered geographically to be on land according to pyxylookup, or the Natural Earth coastline shapes if run in offline mode.
