Pypostalcode

- `.timezone` is now a float (it used to be an int) and the timezone of about 100 FSA codes has been updated.
- The coordinates of G0G (Quebec) and V0B (BC) have been changed.

These changes were made in version 0.4.0 but that resulted in a broken release so I'm releasing this as 0.4.1

This release

- fixes an SQL injection vulnerability (passing user input FSA codes could delete your FSA code database)
- adds 25 new FSA codes - B6L E3G G3B G3C G3N G6Y J1C J1R J2M J5C J7W L7K L9J P7L R1C R4G S7W T1Z T3S T4M T8T V3Z V9Z L9E S4M using GeoNames data (which is user-submitted)
- printing PostalCode objects now shows their underlying data

This is the first release since Mar 11, 2015, almost exactly 6 years.
