Remove smart backspace and indenter mode from PyConsole so that the behaviour is closer to
what you'd have when running python in a terminal.

Fixed bugs:
- ignore PEP8 warnings: 'W291', 'W292', 'W293', 'W391'.
Those warnings are meaningless since pyqode will now clean trailing white spaces and ensure a single unique
blank line at the end of the file when it saves content to disk.
